As the world’s most popular scuba course, the PADI Open Water Diver Course has introduced millions of people to the adventurous diving lifestyle.
At Red Sail Sports, we offer the PADI eLearning Open Water Course, which contains three sections designed to teach you the skills needed to become a certified, self-sufficient diver.
The three components of the course are:
Theory
Shallow water skill practice
Open water training dives.
You complete the theory section online through PADI eLearning. This means you can study in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.
Once you arrive in Grand Cayman, we start your in-water training!
The three-day course that you undertake here is divided into two segments: confined (shallow) water training and open water training.
During the confined water section, we build your foundation of basic Open Water skills, such as mask clearing, dealing with problems, and how to avoid them.
We then move on to your Open Water Dives. These include four training dives made from our custom-built boats to some of the East End’s stunning dive sites.
When you complete the course, you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver. This is your ticket to dive in Grand Cayman or anywhere in the world!
